    That’s a size…. OVER 9000!!! Bootprint!

Even captcha thinks it’s a sufficient schookr.

Haha, I spy the B.C. Guru! Not sure what the giant footprint is a reference to, if anything, though.

The footprint is a reference to a certain Calvin and Hobbes strip, one of the Spaceman Spiff adventures.

Captcha asks: obscure much? Oh wait, Captcha really asks: Ysdecen Con?

Just for a moment, I was thinking the Jolly Green Giant (not a comic but a cartoon logo.)

Then I remembered he’d be barefoot.

Then I felt ashamed for thinking too long about such a thing.

And here I thought it might have been a reference to the comic strip “Shoe.”

Though admittedly, I didn’t think the strip had enough clout to warrant a splash page.

looks like you went back and found some better refference shots for the same kind of terrain too, those spires make me homesick for parts of the AZ desert.

I can barely make out Chuck and Snoop beneath that larger escarpment at eleven o’clock. They’re in the shade, too, which doesn’t help. But I can see ’em.
