Story and Cast

Weapon Brown began as a four-part story in the pages of Jason Yungbluth’s humor anthology Deep Fried, published in 2000. Originally meant only as a short tale--“Charlie Brown versus the Peanuts gang”--Weapon Brown grew in popularity. The story was collected into it’s own 48-page special in 2003, and then in 2008, Chuck returned in the series Weapon Brown: Blockhead’s War, which placed him in an expanded universe featuring “weaponized” versions of virtually the entire history of newspaper comics.

The Weapon Brown omnibus collects all this material, and is the complete saga of the wasteland’s deadliest blockhead!
