second, did “Jack” have a first name, like “Mike” perhaps? LOL
third, Anne, that “ego” you so casually refer to needing deflating has served Chuck by hisself (ok, he’s got Snoop too) through much worse than you’ve had to deal with since moving to West Warbucks, Inc., and probably while on the way there, too.
Seriously, she’s been fucking with Chuck since they met, and honestly, I can’t wait for her death scene…..hell, I can’t wait for Chuck to get his real arm back, Snoop off the DL, and blowing shit to kingdom come on general principle, or at least the showdown with Cal n’ Hob LOL

Great to see Chuck back, even though he looks uninked in the last panel. Lookingforward to the new updates and with luck they will make up for the past week or so. JY, loved th epictures from C2E2, wish I could have made it but I didn’t Hope you share more pics and some stories.

punx: True, that ego has served Chuck well when he’s on his own, but he’s not exactly on his own anymore. New sitch, new rules…Chuck just needs to understand how it feels to have someone watch his back, and if Anne’s offering that, he shouldn’t kill her, he should THANK her…
…unless she decides to double-cross him, in which case, Chuck should reach down her lying throat, grab the base of her spine, then pull her inside out.
Just sayin’.

Mage: Your point would be more relevant had Chuck come to the Underground willingly, but he was attacked and captured, subjected to DeathTongue and then had to watch Snoop almost get turned to spam by Hughie…..plus the fact that blind bitch just keeps poking the bull thinking he won’t just reach over and turn off the rest of her senses like a light switch.
And I think her death won’t be at Chuck’s hands unless your later point is true, and in that case, Snoop should get more than a tongue to chew on this time

Hmm, I dunno why people are so eager to see Anne get murdered by Chuck. I think, based on her teasing of Hughie, her similar teasing/needling of Chuck is actually a sign of acceptance/offer of friendship. But perhaps I’m projecting. That kind of thing is what I do.
