Man, I hope Hughie was shooting at something else and not Chuck. It seems way out of character for him to be beefing with someone like Chuck to this extent, considering that the benefit of having him as an ally would further propagate his own agenda, regardless of whether he trusted him or not. Hughie trying to off Chuck, even in self-preservation mode doesn’t make sense, because he’s obviously retained all of his faculties in the post-apocalypse; his aggressiveness with Chuck from the beginning never really made sense unless you just wanted a reason to kill him. If he’s trying to kill Chuck, I’m not buying it; it’s too much of a conflict of interest…

Now that they’re here, I really hope you don’t plan to kill them off right away. With the physical nature of their comedy, and Jeff’s weird way of thinking, so much more can be done with them than just a walk-on.

@Butterfly: Haven’t seen him since the first confab after Chuck’s capture with Blondie, Prince Val etc. You raise a good point, but realize also I never said Chuck was going to kill Hughie outright, but he was not going to get the best of Chuck AND Snoop…maybe we’ll find out tomorrow if we get an update, else we have to wait till Monday

I think Chuck will probably nail Hughie in the leg, immobilizing him, but not killing him.
Just had a thought….what if Hughie thinks Chuck is what Jeff was referring to, but it wasn’t? KiZeR makes a point, since Hughie seemed to keep going while Chuck stopped, maybe he and Snoop did duck out of frame, and someone else is now taking the hit….doubtful, I know, but as we have had our expectations tossed aside before, why not now?
I know JY already covered Chuck threatening Anne, but Hughie also showed some serious hostility when Chuck mentioned he believed he delivered Bucksley to The Syndicate, if only indirectly. I think Hughie wanted to put him on ice ever since they learned what happened to the buxom blonde and would have if Anne hadn’t stopped him.
If the “who’s that” is indeed referring not to Chuck, but to something else approaching, a thought.
When Spook showed up in the science labs, Hilda yelled something along the lines of “Banish it before it sees any more!”, and we saw Spook staring at something off-panel. Is there some sort of, shall we say, living weapon that the rebels are creating in their labs, and Spook accidentally set it free?
